AS Nutrition Isolate is the purest form of whey protein, whey isolate has been filtered in several different steps in the manufacturing process. The result is that the protein content is very high while the carbohydrate and fat content is almost non-existent. Recommended Daily Dosage:
Mix 1 deciliter (about 30g powder) with 3-4 dl water or milk. Use a shaker. Drink as a snack and immediately after training.
